RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Absolutely! Ordering from Sprintmama™ is 100% risk-free.

You can return a product within 30 days after receiving your order, on undamaged products (except factory defects). Once we have received your return shipment and checked the product quality, you will receive a full refund.

You can proceed with the return request by writing an e-mail to info@sprintmama.com, inserting the order number and the name of the product you want to return.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and the return shipment will be done independently by you. We do not provide a home collection service.

As soon as we have received your parcel and checked the product, you will receive your purchase amount back within 48 hours using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
